They're done!

After unstitching my practice purse about 4 times and getting my machine fixed, I've finished the purses. I was almost done with my practice purse when I had to add more thread to the bobbin. After putting it back my machine didn't work. I took it to a small sewing store & they fixed it in minutes. It was something small that I didn't have any clue to check. They suggested I get a new needle so I ended up buying them there & didn't have to pay for them to fix my machine. I was really glad about that. I got them done in about 2 1/2 days. I am happy with the way they turned out & can't wait to get them in the mail tomorrow.

They turned out so great Kelsey. You should be very proud of yourself. I didn't know you could sew. What a talent you are. Keep it up.

They're super cute!

I love my old sewing machine- but they sure are a pain sometimes! You'll have to tell me where your machine shop was- I periodically wish I knew where a good one was. I usually just throw it back in my closet for a few days, then it miraculously starts working again!

Hey- I just remembered- If you still want to borrow those books- You can go borrow them while Dirk is home. He's leaving Monday morning, so I guess tomorrow or the next day. I'll let him know you might be borrowing them, so he knows.

Super cute Kelsey! I know how frustrating it can be to have to unstitch and fix the sewing machine in the middle of your project. It really slows you down and is such a pain!! Way to keep at it and get them finished. They turned out great. Oh and Micheal is so cute, and you had the cutest pregnant belly ever, and I sure didn't see any stretch marks!!
